Scale: 18 floors, mass timber build, first 3 floors CRU

Scope: Hard duct, fans, ERVs, thermal insulation and fire wrap, balancing.

Start was delayed due to ground water issues, but the work is well underway. The project uses mass timber and a speed wall system, both of which add additional layers of complexity and increase the demand for diligent planning and perpetual coordination with the engineering and mechanical teams.
